What Information do we collect? How is it used?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and follow your order and to notify you of your order status.

Your card details are not held by TOP but are input directly on to the secure software and hardware owned by HSBC. It is the HSBC who approve and debit your credit/debit cards. Credit/debit cards are only debited when your order is despatched. We will also ask for your telephone number that will enable us to contact you quickly if there is a problem with your order.

How does TOP protect customer information?
When you place orders we offer the use of a secure server. Secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you provide, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Will TOP disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
TOP does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail to customerservice@tabernacleofpraise.org.uk.

How to place an order

Delivery Policy
We aim to despatch all your orders within 2-3 working days from receiving your order. You are able to monitor the status by logging into your customer account. If for any reason your delivery will be delayed, we will let you know.

UK Delivery Charges
All our prices include VAT. Our UK delivery rates apply to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
For each ordered placed we charge a postage fee. We do not have a set postal charge per item, we have a flat standard charge per total amount.

Returns Policy
At TOP, we want you to be totally satisfied every time you shop with us. Of course we are aware that in some instances you may want to return items. Please review our returns policy that applies to the products purchased from us.

We offer a 28 days guarantee that allows you to return items in its original condition (with shrink wrap intact) within this period and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid. This Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Please note that we process refunds and returns for items purchased through solely through T.O.P Shop.

How to contact us
You can contact us on 0208 239 6060 or email customerservice@tabernacleofpraise.org.uk. We will issue you with a returns number that must be labelled on the parcel and a returns address. We cannot process returns without the allocated returns number.

The returns number is a unique code that allows us to track the item right through the returns process.

Insurance will be paid if you use Express delivery service; if you use Economy service we are unable to insure your order. If the parcel is subsequently lost in your country's postal service we regret we will be unable to provide compensation for you.

Local import duties are not included in these charges. These are payable by the customer. If in doubt, please check with your local customs and excise department.
