• That our mandate to plant churches can be fully realised when we recognise, train, equip, support and release the potentials that people have.
• Variations in culture and the need for cross-cultural training and communication in order to plant culturally relevant churches.
• Our need for strategic thinking, and use of our human and material resources.
• That the aim of the gospel is to save both soul and body alike.
